solarpeq: The New Trade Fair
solarpeq is the new top event for the solar sector. The Trade Fair for Solar Production Equipment is held concurrently with the world’s leading fair glasstec and provides an international forum for all those interested in selling or buying machinery for producing and processing silicon, wafers, solar cells and modules. 250 exhibitors from 30 countries will present themselves and their products on the debut event: more than 55,000 trade visitors are expected for solarpeq and glasstec.
Up-and-coming companies will find no better platform for exposure. Messe Düsseldorf specialises in investment goods fairs, above all in the field of machinery and plant construction boasting unrivalled infrastructure. solarpeq exhibitors will have the opportunity to demonstrate their technologies at their stands and in actual operation – this “live” benefit is only offered by few trade fairs.
Düsseldorf already has a powerful solar basis. 150 solar companies exhibited at the latest glasstec 2008. Glass is a key product for module manufacturing making the glass industry a key partner for the solar sector. By holding solarpeq Düsseldorf will position itself even better as an international hub and showcase for the solar engineering. Representatives of Messe Düsseldorf in 66 foreign agencies and 12 subsidiaries closely follow developments on the solar markets and bring the leading global players together in the North Rhine Westphalian capital.
