- Case: 10 years of growth
- Panel: where are the greatest opportunities for higher yields?
Session 2: Manufacturing excellence in thin-film.
• How to make a cost benchmark.
• From glass to panel: challenges in Si-based thin-film.
• Challenges for CIGS.
• Cases: customer experience.
• Panel: when will thin-film dominate the market? And which technology has the most potential?
Does size matter?
- Flexible manufacturing: how to keep capacity and utilization in balance.
- Evolutionary PV-module production – from an isolated production cell to an integrated, fully automated production line.
- Case: the view of a glass manufacturer on clustering and gigafabs
- Executive Panel discussion: are gigafabs the ultimate goal for efficient manufacturing? What other business models are feasible?
